A tribute to the most distinguished Asian American Engineers

The San Francisco Bay Area (SFB) Chapter of the Chinese Institute of Engineers, USA (CIE-USA) is proud to host the 13th Asian American Engineers of the Year (AAEOY) award ceremony on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront Hotel in Burlingame, California.

eweek 2014 The AAEOY Award event is a DiscoverE (Formerly National Engineers Week) Program to recognize the outstanding Asian-American professionals for their leadership, technical achievements and remarkable public services in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).


During the AAEOY award event, the Asian American community will also come together to celebrate the achievements of Asian Americans for their global stature and influence with the Distignuished Science and Technology Award and the Distinguished Lifetime Achievemt Award recognitions.

The annual AAEOY events are sponsored by industry leaders, national laboratories, technical communities, academia, government agencies and prominent US companies. Some 600 distinguished guests, honorees, corporate executives and community leaders are expected to attend the event in San Francisco.

The 2014 AAEOY Executive Committee, representing the National Council of the Chinese Institute of Engineers, USA, will work with the community of Asian Americans, corporate sponsors, institutions and agencies to shine the spot lights on the national stage, and salute our heroes of Asian cultural heritage.
